How long will it take to complete the repairs?

We try to complete most repairs within 4 business days. There are other factors such as parts availability that can affect completion and delivery! 

How does the process work?

You file the insurance claim with your insurance company and we take care of the rest. We communicate with insurance, get your rental car ready, complete the repair and deliver your car back to you.

What type of warranty do you offer?

We offer a complete lifetime no hassle warranty. The repair methods performed deliver permanent results that we stand by. In the rare instance of a painted panel needing to be touched up or fixed, WE WILL FIX IT! With no additional claim required.

Do you waive my deductible?

YES! This is common practice in the hail repair industry. We cover your deductible of $500 or $1000. We will also cover deductibles up to $2000 in most cases, subject to review.

Will you provide a loaner or rental vehicle?

Absolutely, We will make sure that you have a comparable vehicle to get around while your car is being repaired.

My car has other damage other hail damage, can you fix that?

We can fix minor secondary damage such as paint correction, paint chipping off, minor collision impact damage, scrapes, scuff and even headlight and trim restoration. We will discuss all repairs before we start working.

What will happen if I don't have the repairs done right now?

Most insurance providers allow a pre-determined amount of time to file your claim before they will no longer pay it out. Usually 12 calendar months. 

Will a hail repair claim raise my insurance prices?

No. Hail repair falls under what insurance companies label,"Acts of God" or "Comprehensive" claims which can not increase your rates by law. The only way your rates can increase after this type of claim , is , if EVERYONE else's rates go up in your area.
